FSK is broken down into three easy to follow phases.

These phases are tiered to allow your body enough time to safety and successfully develop to prevent injuries. These phases are specifically designed to help men and women over the age of 40 turn their bodies into a fat burning machine by boosting their metabolism and increasing their fat burning hormones.

In Phase 3, the movements are now modified to be the advanced variation. In this phase, your body will be in the “fat burning machine” phase. Your metabolism will be like that when you were in your 20’s.Your fat burning hormone levels will be regulated like elite kick-boxers.
